After Cleansing saturates a cotton pad and wipe across the face and neck avoiding eye areas. Allow the goodness to absorb into the skin. Use at night no more than once a day.
It's recommended to do a patch test before using it regularly. If you have especially sensitive skin, use the toner every second day and build up to daily use. External use only.
